    Good working environment
    The good things- good culture to work - good working environment - good teamwork - good place for a first job, can learn a lot of things. - team building and company trip are pretty well organized, in order to strengthen co-workers relationship and workforce
    The challenges- better management to really understand employee needs - should have a better superior for the team - sales and service department should have better communication, in order to have a smoother flow - better benefits and pay, in order to lower the turnover rate.
