A place that may look good (in their offer), but its NOT worth your grades. Not right place as "stepping stone for career". That's already a set mindset by the management-stepping stone for come-and-go jobseekers
The good thingsGood colleagues, cooperative shopfloor team. Very "obeying" work culture
The challengesMicro-nano management to THE highest level. No guidance, fend for yourself and MUST have "Yes-man" attitude to survive. Everything NEEDS to be reviewed by THE one-man! No growth opportunity.

Great Environment but abysmal management
The good thingsGreat support and teamwork from friends and seniors. Good place to learn drafting skill and electrical design. good hands on training place.
The challengesPoor management. Need to careful with top management game play and sweet promises. If want to survive make sure to always prepare/have proof anything related with your job.

The challengesThe management is not professional towards the staffs. They do not appreciate your effort. What is more important is only company profit.
