Don't work hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepoor management attitude. staff feedback is ignore without listen. Management often responds with “If you no like the management leave“. Lack of support or empathy from leader. No proper platform to voice concerns or suggest improvements. Toxic work environment due to top-down, rigid leadership style.
High turnover as a result of poor moral and lack of respect for staff.
