    The good thingsYou would get a lot of experiences and the same time you knowledge would gain day by day. On job training happens here, less supervised and you would learn by your own. Friendly staff and that would give a warn welcome to you.
    The challengesThe salary given were too low compare to other company. The company also dint appreciated the workers that given strength and idea in this company. You would experienced a lack of management issues, double standard between workers and more advantages for expatriates than local workers

    The challengesNeed to work on weekend (alternate), which is i think are not relevant anymore in current situation especially when u have school children. Less time spending with them when working on weekend.

    The good thingsThe interesting knowledge, facts and advantages in palm oil industry. I have met supportive managers and employees that will open many space for me to learn on the new thing about the oil processing and the management from the crude oil into fatty acid and glycerin.
    The challengesThe challenges are the hot environment around the column and heat exchangers which is actually a good challenge for me as a new comer in the company. The control system from the control room is also a challenge that need to be fully understand by the responsible individuals.
