    No Career Advancement, No Increment
The good thingsfree snacks and coffee can wear casual clothes to work
The challenges- No bonus or increment while working for the company - Management and CEO often make false promises about improving the company - Company working at a loss of few million dollars each year - Very easy to lose your job unexpectedly.

Unorganized startup culture, in a company that shouldn't be operating as a startup
The good thingsGreat exposure to the inner workings of how large companies operate in Asia and compete to staying ahead of the game. A little too dynamic for a large organization, but that just keeps you constantly exposed to new things to learn.
The challengesThe company at the time was far too chaotic and constantly exploring aggressive growth and expansion. It felt like they were so outward focused that they lost focus on synchronizing they business units internally which constantly lead to the feeling of being professionally lost in the translation and not sure what is happening daily. They also tend to keep the upper management more in sync with the company's strategy and business quarterly updates, that they forget that the midlevel managers who work on the day to day micro-tasks feel a little lost at times and are not sure why or what they are doing.

    Fruitful internship period
The good thingsI've learned a lot of skills and knowledge for website development while i'm doing my internship here and the culture of this company is so flexible and enjoyable. The open office concept is really cool as it allows you to mingle with everyone else.
The challengesAs an intern myself, it's quite challenging for me as we need to work as fast as possible and be good as the full timers. However, this experience made me stronger and growing to become a good developer.

The people does carry the Brand!
The good thingsThe people. Your colleague can be a real good team & friends!
The challengesToo-fast paced. No company goals as a whole but only on Bussiness opportunities and development. Tools are pretty manual. You have to be really creative in creating solutions for some of your manual task.

The good thingsEveryday is about stretching your learning curve! No hierarchy! Friendly HR
The challengesManagement mentality! They are managing a big corporate by using startup way! I would say, if this Continues, soon we will say goodbye to iflix! Management is like baby!

    Mind-blowing extraordinary culture
The good thingsThe people. They are fun and open minded butch of youth. The culture of the company is what make us enjoy being in IFLIX. First day here, I was mind blown with work and process of no process in place. Being here makes you wonder if you had just joined or been here for years. Extraordinary culture? We have friyay party almost every fortnight and it involves people getting together and have fun in the office. Awesome pub game lying around the pantry
The challengesIt was a challenge working in a every startup without any process in place. Which is I like it here because it is fun to work around with trials and error. One of the project we are looking at right now is to map out the process of every task.

    The happening place to be
The good thingsThe culture, the people, the product, the weekly/bi-weekly events are just amazing. I come to work everyday enjoying what I do best, ever so eager to learn new things from my fellow colleagues. Plenty of place for career growth. We work hard and also play hard. A vast culture where we have people from all over the globe. Its surreal and amazing!
The challengesWe have a music box in the office where anyone can play music of their choice. Problem is that in most cases, we're duck deep down in fixing issues and enhancing the product that we'd like some peace and quiet, so we tend to shut down the playlist on the player.

    Energetic and impactful
The good thingsGreat culture, fantastic product and very collaborative working environment. You get to work with a lot of individuals from different backgrounds and experiences. Still a startup in terms of culture and benefits, but there's a lot of innovation and progress going on still for a company of this size
The challengesBenefits are bare, there were some issues with transparency and direction

It feels good, and it feels right!
The good thingsBeing able to work in a company that's constantly relevant - in terms of professional growth and personal growth. You get to meet tons of people from all over the world in one office, with different great jobs. If you're looking for a cool company with people who are committed to make the culture as important as delivering - iflix is the right company for you! Just walking into the office in the morning feels good so I know I've made the right decision!
The challengesChange and high expectations. To join iflix you need to be strong enough emotionally and mentally and focus on ways to just deliver. No buts, no excuses, just results! Deliver, celebrate, deliver, celebrate. You have to put in the hard work - then you get to play even harder!
