    The good thingsNothing good here, the office is old, the people working there are so lame

    The good thingsA lot, since its not a very big organisation therefore you can have your points taken straight to the top management. Its not a very stressful place to work, as management do not disturb you during weekend. Work as CRM just have to go through quite a simple loan documentation, but you need to know A-Z.
    The challengesNot much can be said. All organisations has their own problem, but during my stint, I have no problem at all.

    The challengesA lot of work needed to be mastered because lack of staff. If the work is diversified, the staff will get the right experience needed faster without stress.
