    The good thingsco workers all too friendly and very peaceful circumstance to work with. facilities all awesome and get to learned a lot.
    The challengesfirst, i was very nervous about my co workers but they ware just awesome people. next is target achievement method was quite challenge but amazing.

    The good thingsThe benefits given once confirm of position. The place that located in department is so comfortable and easy to us make our task. The parking and security are safe. This is a corporat organization or group that give us more experiences and feel like we are in government sector.
    The challengesThe challenges are more to face and chase Local Authorities. Need to liase them as a teammate and make them as friend. The challenge arise when its come from 2 side in term of working time and personal. The challenges also come when faced with consultants that involved in our project. We need to push and follow up to make it project can be work smoothly.

    The good thingsWorking environments, colleagues & bosses. Great place to gain experiences and lot more to learn. Benefit for staff really good etc training for improvement, yearly increment & bonuses.
    The challengesTo meet the deadline of working paper and received slow response from others department make clients upset. My job role involve many departments to deal with such as Procurement, Project, Finance & Design. If one of the department couldn't feedback on anything related, we can't move forward. That's the biggest challenge I was facing and that's the greatest experience that I could deal off

    The good thingsEmployee benefits are above average. Working hours are rather consistent. Free staff parking.
    The challengesNo flexible working hours. Increment only comes with promotion. The higher the position, the more benefits one gets. The only way is to move up. There is no child care services and staff meals although the company owns the properties, runs the shopping malls and hotels within the area.

    The challengesBecause of the large set up, there is a salary scale that has to adhered to, therefor one might find it a challenge to seek on high incremental change.
