Turn over employee very high. Obviously something wrong about the management. Treat your employees right, fair and equally! They are the backbone of your company & your success.

    Just stay away, better run
The good thingsThe Employees and team spirit among the staff level (not higher management)
The challengesEverything. Impossible to work, most of the staff are less then 12 months and super high turn over rate. Reason? The management is clueless, inhumane, pathetic, unreasonable and HR tries to blackmail their staff in various ways. Just stay away.

    Wasted internship experience
The good things1. Perhaps a reasonable allowance. 2. Easy commute.
The challenges1. The supervisor doesn’t know how to properly teach the work and often directs you to refer to his assistant. It’s unclear who’s the assistant and who’s the head of the department. 2. No early exposure to the job, and the work environment isn’t conducive. 3. He expects you to understand everything after being taught once, even though you’ve only been on board for two weeks. He doesn’t accept system-related mistakes and brings personal issues into work throughout the internship. Despite giving feedback, he won’t listen, as he believes he is always right. 4. During evaluations by the university, it’s evident that personal issues influence the assessment, leading to negative evaluations. He claims to evaluate based on performance, but what performance can you show when you aren’t even properly guided on the job? 5. The supervisor seems to lack higher education since he doesn’t understand university systems or internship programs. 6. There’s no work-life balance; he’s overly anxious to complete tasks to impress top management under the guise of working for the good of the department. How can you claim good work if you’re neglecting your own interns? 7. From top management to the lower ranks, the organization is poorly managed. 8. Mental health suffered throughout the internship, but instead of addressing it, they questioned whether your lack of social skills was the cause of poor work performance.

The Company will not grow if back end office is not functioning effectively and efficiently and without supportive management.
The good thingsGood location, located in Mid Valley Mall, easy access to food and public transport.
The challengesThere are conflicts and politic in top management. High staff turnover clearly indicate that something is not right in the management of the Company. Expect a new staff to clear legacy issues within a short time frame and without giving the support required. Demotivated working environments.

POOR MANAGEMENT and LACK OF BENEFITS
The good thingsGood location. Nothing much
The challengesVERY POOR MANAGEMENT, new staff coming with no introduction and expect that we can read all and understand our task ourself. Not even have SOP, no proper documentation for us to guide and assuming we know everything on a first day. WORST PART no proper training and too much heavy workload even not stated in our JOB SCOPE. please do not micromanage us everything like kids.

    Toxic place with bad leadership
The good thingsGood location and good colleague
The challengesPOOR MANAGEMENT can have a detrimental impact on employee retention, demotivate remaining employees, and significantly reduce productivity. This can occur when management fails to appreciate and value their employees or promote a TOXIC work environment, which is often found in small companies that have inadequate management practices and limited opportunities for staff training and development. Moreover, BAD LEADERSHIP can lead to a lack of direction, unclear expectations, and frequent changes in priorities that make it challenging for employees to stay focused and deliver quality work. When top management DOES NOT PRIORITISE communication, transparency, and accountability, employees may feel neglected, undervalued, or frustrated, which can ultimately lead to turnover and performance issues. In short, effective leadership and management are crucial for creating a positive work culture and achieving long-term organizational success.

    very fun environment to learn
The good thingsim currently still working here and enjoy the activities as a staff. parking is subsidised with season pass, food is easy to access in the mall and i generally do not need to stay back unless there are urgent things (not often). the management is very easy to talk to and colleagues and i get along very well.
The challengesyou will not like working here if you don't like trying new things. onboarding process is not too structured - need to slowly learn from other colleagues to catch up

Selfish management , take advantage on staffs
The good thingsGood colleagues and good location.

Selfish management that only cares about the business and do not care about staff's safety. nurses works extra hour during covid time but not appreciated by management, no bonus and allowance here even with extra work load.

lots of opportunities in a growing company
The good thingsyou really get a sense that the company is trying to grow, and in the process, grow its employees too. i have the opportunity to express my interests and am given a chance to pursue them. location is also convenient in a mall with plenty of food options for lunch and dinner.
The challengesyou need to voice out your interests otherwise it might get drowned out. if driving, traffic could be bad depending on the time.
