    Great experience if you're passionate about teaching as you'll learn a lot
    The good thingsColleagues were fun to work with, very helpful and kind. Being with the students were a great joy and fulfilling.
    The challengesSchool admin was not open for suggestions and feedback, which created toxic environment (gaslighting, threatening, etc). Extra work were given more than the supposed time, allocated by HR. Short-staffed made it even more difficult to delegate the work properly and teachers have to take on subjects out of their expertise area like Arts, PE etc. Salary scale is also very low, with very little chance for increment and bonus incentives.

    Management make the company look bad
    The good thingsGood for those want to work with bumiputera company. not many job to do since they hire many staff.
    The challengesDepartment decision always being interrupted by HR management since they felt that they are also control Compliance matter. Play too many politics and look like they want to control everything. To success in the job always determine by HR and not the department itself.

    A very conducive, & excellence work place
    The good things1. Conducive working environment. 2. Excellence teamwork from the IISB management & schools management. 3. Good salary and increment every year from the company. 4. The company planned a vacation trip, teambuilding programme, & dinner, appreciation day for the employees. 5. Excellent facilities for the staffs
