    The good thingsRelatively flexible working schedule, and were not busy.
    The challengesOne sided communication from management, never take into consideration of employee wellbeing and suggestion, and often manipulative on right and wrong. Severely in short of staff and often required to switch between branches. often 1-2 staff in a branch.

    The good thingsOnly a few staff that could make a bonding and had a happy moment not for manager branch and hq.
    The challengesthere is no benefit provided when they need staff to transfer other branch and always been cut for our incentive while we already achieve the target they gave to achieve.

    The challengesYou gain nothing working here, ridiculously long working hours, no benefits, no bonus. Better opt elsewhere. No carrier development. You will rot working here.
