    If you have better offer please accept.
    The good thingsThe annual leave is among the highest. 20 days not included medical leave and Public Holidays if you are in headquarters. Benefits are also extensive.
    The challengesTop management is quite heavy to invest in technology. My department have not grown in years now even though we are one of the pioneer in BIM once before.

    The challengesCurrently I'm working on this MRT line 2 along Jalan Ipoh Road, full of challenges due to congestion, full of underground services, busy live road. My section still have at least 2 years to complete but due to top management changes and causes all the contract staffs finish contract with no renew, because of cut costing.

    The good thingsI have enjoy good guidance and exposure with the project team. They guide me from A-z for this project and I get to expose myself to a new environment and challenges while working in this project. From the directors to the managers they treat me well and they want the best out of me. This situation hone my skills and soft skill ability. I used to be a timid individual but now I am more confident to talk to authorities and contractors.
    The challengesThe challenges are working with a under performance subcontractor and working in a uncertain weather. The client also always changing the design and we have to come with the revised drawing and end product in instant.

    The good thingsGreat knowledge to learn with helpful bosses and teammates. A lifetime experience to begin with which will help to train oneself to be a good staff in coordinating work and managing stress. Give a chance to explore new knowledge and managing oneself in completing works in order.
    The challengesTension is everywhere. Everything need to be done fast which sometimes make oneself to be a 'not work-life balance' person. But, the stress help to make oneself more committed and more efficient in managing work.

    The good thingsWe work as a team. Company's perk and benefits are top of the list. Numerous of training and courses provided for the site staff. These will enhance their skills as well as credit for their future. Involving in infrastructure projects / mega projects will definitely boost up my skills and experiences.
    The challengesNumerous of subcontractors to handle with. Difference kind of background and characters. Since this company is committed to their quality , standard of procedure etc. some of it have a redundancy in scope of work.
