    The good thingsI've learned from zero for plant construction starting for site preparation and piling process. Currently I'm checking claim from main contractors and liase with HQ if there area any additional VO plus reason and compared it with BQ. The colleagues were really helpful and supportive.
    The challengesThe best experience also comes with few setback. I wish there are more training from management to prepare the engineers since there a lot of things that can happened on site such as safety training & things to look forward to.
