    Lots of fun & challenging experience
    The good things1) Good brotherhood environment with regards to relationship among employees while still maintaining professionalism. 2) Humbleness and openess of management to listen to ideas by staffs of any level. 3) regular updates of company performance progress through semi formal tea session. 4) encouragement with staff involvement in charities and NGO movement. 5) good benefits e.g. bonuses, shares, warrants, courses,etc. 5) Games,company functions/projects to expose staffs to various roles and learn new skills.
    The challengesFor my position as an auditor, challenges includes long outstation up to 1 month in Indonesia.

    The challengesInadequate in-house training for all categories of staff, High turnover of staff and workers need to be addressed.
