(Good advice from all senior & also junior) even strict but very professional in respect way and understandable. I was completely impressed with their professionalism!

4. Such a very good software which is (SAP) system that enables every department to access and share common data to create a better work environment for every employee in the company.
The challenges1. Job scope is wide, great challenge and growth promotion.
2. We must alert and quickly adapt to pick the jobs mostly when the superior is in outstation, sometimes difficult to design schedule/work instruction since maybe someone who is not in core of engineering but still can accept it, need more to learn!
3. Contract / part-time (just a few month periods of time only/temporary job replacement) It's good if get this job for Permanent full-time, psstt can get more benefits too!
4. There is just 'few' in other department staffs that was showed other people their negative reaction and always find other negative side, luckily in this department so respectful & positively understandable!
