    The challengesChinaman culture, no benefits and only 8 days annual leave. Understaff in many department because of micromanagement and high turnover of staff. Boss is 1 man show, only want to sell PC, and take customer money. Super stress because company product so many problems

    The good thingsYou get your own space to work. Colleagues can become good friends
    The challengesVery long hours (9.5 hrs everyday). Sales is growing but you are stuck at dead-end job, no career development Bad management, micromanages everything, the PCs use the cheapest parts for max profit. Extremely difficult to find parking if you drive Zero benefits to working here, only desperate people with no qualifications come here to work
