    The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to learn as long as you willing to roll your sleeves and get the things started. The Senior Management team are very experience and well verse in the business. It has been a great learning curve with the company especially for someone who is interested to get involve more in the operations and understand the business.
    The challengesThe Senior management somehow is too demanding as they are the business owner of the company. Sometime the staff will feel too loaded with jobs as there are too many ad hoc assignment be implemented at a same time. In fact, some staff also feel demotivated due to the incidence as mentioned.
