    Wasting my life time
    The good thingsA STRONG company with the very poor management but it still can survive in the market for so many years
    The challenges-Poor management as those managers are without experience and knowledge. When there is a issue, company didn't provide solutions or solve problems together with the staffs. -Policies/ decisions make by the top management always U-turn, even worst than the current government. - Top management like to suppress subordinates instead encouraging. Conclusion : Do not join this company else you will regret

    Arrogant leadership with old school management style
    The good thingsCannot find some good things to comment for current management.
    The challengesThere is no team work among departments. Top management are very arrogant and do not listen to subordinate's opinion. Poor leadership.
