    Great start for fresh graduate
    The good thingsThe slow pace and the ability to learn each things bit by bit in different industries. It's good for fresh grad as you will learn alot of things and apply part of your knowledge.
    The challengesPretty much nothing, just you will need to self learn alot in order to do some of the things.

    The work, perks, and management have supported me to grow my career & even established my life. While I have move on to a different level of professional career, my 10 years with company have put me on the right foundation. Got my first car, first house, got married and 1 year old son during my tenure with the company.
    The good thingsGood database, clients, and opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you are into technology. The only question is whether you want it or not.
    The challengesMuch effort done by predecessors to transform the company from product selling to solution selling. Solution selling means provide solutions to given problems, not left to right selling. Company is also in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry. To grow, you need to put in effort to learn and contribute.

    The good thingsI like what i'm doing, i can communicate and i can excel in my work. My hods understand what i'm going through, they give support.
    The challengesFor every team sure have some problematic staffs. Try not to keep problem underneath carpet; to have open conversation with the problematic staff

    The challengesOffices are not centralized, making it troublesome to travel to another office/ BU for meeting sometimes.

Interviewed for different position, but assigned to different position. Unprofessional manager. High turnover rate

    The good thingsGood teammates, grow together, supportive always. There’s no politics within teammates, but politics within management level. Able to learn politics from management level.
    The challengesLack appreciation to employee. Opinions and feedback are often ignored and criticized. Effort is not awarded and promotion is slow. 2-3 years no increment but work load is getting more with unbalance work life. Employee’s opinion is not important. Sales target orientated company.

    The good thingsOpportunity to learn from variety of solutions, good platform for fresh grads to start off.
    The challengesMeeting is normally done out of normal working hours. Opinions and feedback are often ignored and criticized. Task distribution is not even among team. Lack of inter-departmental communication and understanding. Effort is not awarded and promotion is slow. Sales target orientated company. If one brings in a lot of sales, then one is the king while others effort is overlooked
