    Poor for career development
    The good thingsIts good to learn a lot of things here.
    The challengesThe management knows well to used you and never appreciate your effort. They will teach you how to do this and that and will put all the workload on you. In the end, you got nothing. No promotion, no increment, no overtime. NOTHING!

    Great environment
    The good thingsGreat environments and a great colleague. Supportive employer. Their office has a nice interior and really comfortable. Also, have annual bonus and annual dinner to tighten the relationship between employer and employee which is really good.
    The challengesWorkloads during the festive season, different opinion sometimes and need to amend works too many times because too many people will give comments and sometimes confusing, who should I follow. ;)
