    The good thingsTalented colleagues, interesting projects, and good tech exposure. Occasional learning opportunities available if you can navigate office politics. Flexible working hours sometimes offered, depending on management's discretion.
    The challengesToxic workplace with intense office politics, unfair management, and HR siding against employees. Favoritism, unrealistic deadlines, and constant stress cause burnout and frequent resignations. GM and HR actively push out talented people, creating a damaging, high-school-like environment.

    The good things1. Good and friendly colleagues, willing to help. 2. Can expose to MVC Framework, able to learn both front-end & back-end knowledge. 3. Good starting pay for fresh grads (> 3k) and interns.
    The challenges1. High turn over rate, no seniors currently. 2. Adapting old and yet obsolete meta programming technology, ie Grails Framework & Groovy Programming Language. 3. Incompetency among developers as all of them are juniors and no mid level seniors nor high level seniors. 4. Unfriendly management. 5. Ambiguous career movement or none at all.

    The challengesUnhealthy workplace. Unrealistic project timeline. Heavy workload. Does not appreciate the employee at all. Couldn't find any reason to stay here, not even one.

    The challengesHR need to be more friendly and the top management need to understand the challenge that the people face instead of thinking that everyone is easily replaceable, not feeling appreciated and often got the pressure. Late increment, no bonus, uncertain career movement, high turn over rate

    The good thingsMy first company working with insurance systems as a vendor with Allianz. You get to work with distributed systems and use the latest java/j2ee technologies like ejb3, maven(extensively). Worked with integrating the payment with cimb clicks for motor insurance premium payment which was awesome.
    The challengesI would have stayed longer. I was forced to leave since my family member was not feeling well. I just wished that I joined earlier and my exposure in this system will be more. Modifying the code base was not easy since there is a mixture of design code styles which made my work a little more challenging than usual. Allianz insurance pushed for 1 design within the code, not multiple design style.

    Great perks, great people!
    The good thingsThe perks offered was great! The colleagues over here even though split to different teams but I had a memorable time over there due to the friendliness of the people there. The management are friendly as well as you can approach them to talk about problems or challenges you're facing.
    The challengesThe hours here aren't staple as at times working on a project you're required to go home late everyday and come in during the weekends. I found it hard to do as it was always doing the same project but either fixing or amending it, there's not enough variety at all.
