The good thingsA unique organization by design, with a mixture of the third sector, media, e-commerce, and bread & butter business model. Management encourages growth and inclusiveness, practices a consultative culture and tries to provide the best benefits and environment it can offer to its staff. Staffs are generally young and progressive.
The challengesAs the company is still in its growth stage, there are many uncertainties and constant changes. People with entrepreneurial mindsets will thrive, but there might be a struggle for people who are used to the work pace of well-developed, matured corporations.
