    A Challenging Place to Learn
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly, but not applied to all. Tasks given are challenging, but you will learn a lot in the end of the process. Definitely will improve the skill of communication and bargaining when working in this company.
    The challengesPoor management system, management standard is implemented but the people are not aware and not following the standard given. Office politic happened between different team.

    The good thingsThe company encourage different type of training and frequently organised in-house training. When you're always ready to adapt to new world, this is the good place to work, learn and grow. This company always has new improvement and use mobile apps for several activities.
    The challengesWorking hours a bit long but only work for 5 days, can rest at home for weekends. Diversity and need to learn how to work with multi-nations (including foreign workers & expatriates).

    The good thingsprovided car park, medical benefit and good security system only.
    The challengespoor management style especially their decision making without thinking and implement carefully, terrible company politic, some department not helpful or support (Production,Finance and IT), super long working hour, low compensation, poor benefits, system error pop out frequently and delay of work, some mission are impossible, cut down a lot of staff and worker activities
