Visibility: Since the organisation is medium-sized (40-50 pax), contribution is seen so expectation is higher 3. Staff benefits: EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Medical, Dental, etc. provided (depends on years of tenure)
    The challenges1. Uncertainty in programme offerings makes the environment volatile 2. Some employees do not wish to collaborate to help each other
