    Every thing is in shortage , neither man power nor equipment
    The good thingsnothing is good in here, as a sales person you will have to do from A - Z to ensure payment are fully collect, the banquet staff is only 2 persons in the whole hotel, so in the end they will request sales team to help out and do the set up.

    The good thingsCamaraderie between colleagues under tough circumstances, empathy shown by Managers towards lower liners brings some semblance of the word hospitality, efforts made in securing accommodation for local and foreign dignitaries as well as international sportsmen.
    The challengesOld building with obvious signs of wear and tear, refurbishment works not properly monitored resulting in half baked jobs and wastage of funds, funds not available for urgent repair works, cash flow isues not controlled.
