    The challengesI don't even get my job description since my first day working. Employer expect you to become very flexible. In my department, you will work in shift. They will easily change your position from time to time. They personally did not care for your welfare. They will have their own favorite staff. Honestly for me, the politics is normal in working environment but here, it's too much. Be my guest if you want to be their favorite staff. You will get what you want, in return, you'll need to sacrifice your personal and your life and it will be just about work 24/7. I survive just because I need the experience.

    The challengesUnhealthy working environment which next to smoking area. Bad management as still running very old school style, not willing to accept new ideal.

    The good thingsThe environment. Friendly.Company is under Petronas Group. Company did win few award's from OTA's (Online Travel Agent). Best Swasana Spa in KL. Good result on occupancy as hotel are located in the middle of the city centre (KLCC)
    The challengesGive staff a freedom to voice out what are the issues that they might thing that will be good for them.Give more opportunity to staff to learn more in other department. Increase staff salary to be same as other hotel. This is to avoid high turn over.
