    The good thingsA kingdom-style management with king queen prince and princess. A very good and lovely circumferences within those management team.
    The challengesStressful, OT is best performance to them. You need to multi-task, even this is not in your job scope. Low benefits, didn't have any additional benefits, all follow the Lowest benefits set by Labor law.

    Learnt many new things
    The good thingsLearnt many new things in semiconductor, automation & aerospace industry - Helpful and kind supervisor - Helpful HR in onboarding process. e.g we were showed where we will work, we had a full view of the pantries, slowly guide us through the office, introduced us to everyone we pass, showed us practical spaces (parking lots and garages, restrooms, assembly point, smoking area and supply rooms). that may not be exciting, but that we will likely see every day.

    SAFETY FIRST NOT SECOND
    The good thingsThe people working here takes seriously on managing safety & health of the employee and the S&H committee assess the risks in their workplace every month. Their main goal of safety and health is to prevent workplace injuries i.e. they create awareness via online/ offline briefing, internal memo & train employees well. They explain the dos and don't to us very carefully and make sure you have the right tools and have monthly/ weekly equipment inspections. What I like best is, they use understandable LABELS and SIGNS at every corner of the workplace including toilet & pantry. :) :) :) If you are looking for a company that not just working everyday but take reasonable care of your safety and health, this is it!
    The challengesMaintain workplace is NEVER easy but you must DO YOU BEST! I don't want ended up with missing hands or legs.

    GOOD MENTOR: CAPA ANALYSIS
    The good thingsGreat place to work- I love it. More than 5 Y and still counting. My leader always have a AM morning meeting with the entire team EVERYDAY. We discuss about the on time delivery, how to improve the IOTD and discuss about the customer feedbacks (good or unsatisfactory). They guide me on how to perform a root cause analysis. i.e. define the problem, gather date, identify and determine root causes and recommend and implement solutions. I like they listen my concerns and tell me what do to become successful in writing the CAPA report.
