In Interior Design BuildHi,
I thank you for writing your feedback to In Interior.
There is a couple of points that we would like to address over the feedback that you have written.
After a long haul caused by the pandemic, we see a lot of companies out there facing major financial issues and with the hit, there are some payments which have been prolonged. Through the months to keep business continuity with a healthy cash flow again, we have ensured all vendors are paid.
I think that we should not be discriminating on the age of employees or employers as we have many youth and young leaders emerging at all end of the hierarchy and discrediting age is in no fairness not only to In Interior but to all industries.
On EPF, some backlogs do occur but priority has been salary and we cant name a time where we have pulled your salary even a day before the next month. In Principal, active income is always on time.
We dont "think" we are always right, at the end of the day employees are expected to follow the direction of the company which has been set out including all principals, values and delivery methods which may differ from employees understanding and that is fine.

The good thingsthere's a lot of things you learn in this company. A good place to gain knowledge and experiences. The salary fair for me and always early. A lot of benefits the company provided such as insurance, project claims, the expense for work cover, friendly boss, company dinner, company trip and many more. have a good team to work with and very supportive.
The challengesAlways think before you speak or else your words will use against you. They will promise you to give bonuses but end up will be fake hope. Even when you apply for leave, they will keep calling for work matters. Sometimes you will do works not under your scope. Small team but lots of works to do. Too many instructions from bosses and you need to make your own decision which works need to finish first.
