    Review jadi engineernot reccomended, manager expects you to be on call 24/7 and all task is urgent , manager with 10yrs+ experience unable to solve issue but expects new hire to perform magic to solve instantly 😭 pls dont go here

    Be ready to be spiderman when you join, you need to have more hand to cater the job here.
    The good thingsYou can stay in the office for a very long time with many colleagues, workload is extremely high at high, even an important department like process have only little of headcount and one man need to take care alot of thing. Sometime also need work across with others department. You can skip the heavy traffic jam at bayan lepas industrial area as you will only back at very late time. If you back on time meant your work is not enough and then your manager will keep topping with others additional task.
    The challengesYou always have to be ready to the whatsapp and call at anytime anywhere. Most of the weekend will have to work regardless of full 7 days in a week. The most happier is together work OT with your friend. If you are fresh grad, dun ever try this as turnover rate (approx. 1y max.)is high then you have no senior to guide you (they like to bring in MT or fresh grad to handle a senior job) and manager will simply guide you to Google or ask other department for the answer.

    The good thingsManager is good, caring and helpful. Can learn a lot things from him. During facing some issues, he will provide certain solution, guidelines or idea to people. Colleagues are nice too
    The challengesProblematic and chaos company, especially process department, the turnover rate is high due to insufficient people yet, one person even fresh guy need to cover entire section. Need to work 24/7, even worst than operator. Everyday have a new problem triggered, y'all don't getting tired, people also getting tired...

    Using intern students as cheap labour
    The good thingsHigh salary for an intern but not worth it
    The challengesOne of the worst company . They're using interns to work as operators. Also that the working hours are shifts meaning have to work on weekends . I had to work 6 days per week and 12 hours per day including night shifts as an operator which opposes the internship rules. Also to that, we as interns, are not being respected at all. We are treated as operators. Food is cheap and always being late to be prepared . Even as a staff, I'm not allowed to eat at the cafeteria even before my working shift starts. TO INTERNS, DON'T COME HERE

    Using Intern as an Operator Labor
    The good thingsHigh salary for the intern but if calculate it with the overwork not worth it at all.
    The challengesOnce you finished the internship boarding by the company, they will give you a randomly job scope and most of it will be operator as replacement for the foreigner. It's a company cheapstake for using intern to pay low salary
