    - a good place to learn and get experience but not a good place for monthly income and carrier growth
    The good things- Good manager make a good teams. - NPI team have a good communication where we obtained a good record in communication with the team members and also customers. - very clean working environment
    The challenges- will need to put more effort to stand out whereas there are people were easily promoted without having to put much effort. - toxic kind of working environment where mostly stuff are to be blame for any issue before finding for its solution

    You only live once, try once then enough
    The good thingsYou can earn ot in this company and also able to developed your multitasking skill and time management by handling few project and daily task by different boss. Everyone is busy in the company, you can have a fruitful life in the company.
    The challengesManager like to give the work or task around 3-4pm and ask you stay until late night to finish it, during weekend will call you for work or Friday before going back time ask you to support for weekend by giving additional task.

    The good thingsLove the benefits so much especially bonus, profit sharing, share price. You will learn a lot of knowledge and it is good for career development.
    The challengesThe work/life unbalance. You must stayback and settled any issue occured even tough you already going back home. Weekends always need to work from home, settled isssues offline or online. The challenges are not suitable for married woman.
