    The good thingsVast work experience & can learn many new things Supportive Bosses & colleagues. Positive environment
    The challengesOverload work Going home at night is common but no OT (for exec level) Unfair bond contract to make sure staff don't quit Need to frequent travel by car but mileage claim barely enough to cover for fuel/toll. Maintenance cost bear by ourself HR won't budge & will blame you if you complain any dissatisfactions

    Nice working environment and good place to gain experience
    The good thingsOne of the most successful bumiputra company. Friendly top management and you are open to give new idea and suggestion about how to improve your department and company. Director are near with employee and always give a good advice or guideline to junior worker. Teamwork from other staff are awesome and easy to communicate among all. Recreation and celebration activities for employee were also regularly held in here.
    The challengesJob function should be distribute more effectively to lower down individual work load especially in critical area or department.

    The good thingsreally appreciate this company bcause developme to be like now. really enjoy work on this company nice company,nice environment, nice facility also nice salary. really suggested company for all new fresh graduated to gain an experience. grab that changes if you got an offer from industrial quality management

    good to gain experience but not for long time stay
    The good thingsgood and friendly team member and manager and can learn a lot of experience especially for fresh grad. Very supportive from senior and manager. Good facility provided such as prayer room,hostel when need to outstation and etc.
    The challengeslow salary and benefit, top management very stingy about staff welfare and just always remind staff to sacrifice for company. Long working hour sometime on weekend without OT. Need to use own vehicle to do working related with company, no company car provided just add more luxury car use for family owner. very low benefit given and the rate allowance and salary was like you working at 90's.
