Supportive Environment, but Promotion System Needs ImprovementI have been working at Infineon for almost 7 years as a machine handler. The working environment is generally positive and supportive. However, the salary increment system could be more transparent, and career progression opportunities tend to be limited and selective.

Too many manager, senior manager, director and senior director
The good things1. The only good things on infineon melaka are almost 10k employees.
The challenges1. Low salary if compare with current market
2. And too less technical expert (equipment and process), especially on FOL (Saw/DA/WB/CB/Vision/Mold/Plating/TnF).
3. Too many higher position on management path, and it cause unbalance to technical path.
