Continuous improvement and great team!!The good thingsThe company practice continuous improvement. You will have lots of opportunity to involve in projects which would definitely learn and be able to demonstrate your capability. Learning doesn't restrict in an area only. The employees turnover back in the days were high, however, company management made effort to make a turn around and consider employees opinion and it had improved employees' view of the company. Time is flexible as long as work are done meeting deadlines. It has a great team and colleagues are all friendly and helpful. The management are very open to provide guidance and advise.
The challengesHeavy workloads and poor work life balance. Micromanagement need to be improved. It is understandable if micromanage is applied in small-scale projects but not too much. In long term practice, it would reduce overall productivity, employees' trust, causing employee to be more dependent(not open to provide own opinion) and increases turnover.
