    Management dont have proper mindset or skill on work
    The good thingsNothing i can say since there no much good thing from that company. HR and Admin dont have proper education or mindset how to on boarding and off boarding staff. Here dont have proper management at all.
    The challengesEveryday is challenges. In lay mean term. They will expect you to clean the house without providing the house clean. So give you little but expect you to do wonder

    The challengesManagement refuse to acknowledge underlying problems which impacts employees' performance. Organizational hierarchy is a joke as there are non, which means employees' are not sure which department or who to refer to when they need to raise some items. Management is always creating excuses when an issue arises, rather than providing a concrete solution plan.
