    Really liked the open door communication with management
    The good thingsOne of the best management team I've worked with vs previous companies. Was able to share ideas and feedback comfortably to management without any worries and they are willing to listen. Had proper guidance from peers and they are a very fun and friendly bunch of people to work with. Was reporting directly to the CEO so I had a good learning experience throughout. Some of the implementations could have been done better, but overall all else is fine. Really loved the client networking part of the role as I love meeting people.
    The challengesBetter way to implement certain policies and initiatives. Sometimes a little difficult to work with other departments as they don't see eye to eye. Basically left to focus on my own business.

    The good thingsVery cheerful working environment. Positive and outgoing colleagues. Very understanding and caring superiors. Everyone there was very helpful in guiding people who are new.

    The good thingsFor an entry to the media field, I feel that this is a good place to start as I think they allow their interns to work like a full-time. I get to explore how the company works and got to learn via hands-on experience. The people are great to work with, company culture is great.
    The challengesThe work space was a bit on the downside since there was an increase in employees and the office space is limited. But it's cool, since they're moving to their new office real soon! It's a small company, and it has its perks and inconveniences as well. All part and parcel, no real complaints.
