Lack of Experience with the Managerial Team
The good thingsgood team and friends in the company
The challengesLack of leadership and managerial experience. Company has weak product, market and customer positioning. A training company for 20 years just started to train the team but lack of practicality and effectiveness. The irony.

    Poor Management team
The good thingsGood work life balance
The challengesThe management team need to change its way of managing the team. The leaders are lack of business acumen and doesn't try to help solve issues faced by the sales team and other department. More like 'you are getting paid so you will need to think of a solution' kind of mentality. Being a training company but no trainings are being provided by the company to upskill the employees.

    Flexible yet unorganised
The good thingsThe management give a lot of flexibility & room for you to progress if you're hunger enough, determinate, result-oriented. The pay and benefit is decent. The working environment and colleague are nice. Management won't stop you from looking for more sales if you able to.
The challengesToo much flexibility has been given, caused old people not discipline. The working culture here is too flexible caused the organization unorganized. The management love to delegate responsibility to subordinate, further elaborate the organization unorganized. Although management won't stop you from doing more sales, but the room has been squeeze by old people, and this is unfair for new comer. Lastly, management won't recognize it's own fault.

    A Sales-centric Company
The good thingsThe interaction of the employees are very good, as it is a close-knit company, with company activities within the whole company + sister companies. The opportunity is great as well, as they do not practice too much of hierarchy, leaving much room for juniors and seniors alike to climb up the ladder.
The challengesIt is difficult for a trainer to make their way there, as the company could be more focused on sales, thus causing the trainers to be mainly occupied for training only, leaving not much time for self learning on new courses. Also, there has been many times where the trainer has been neglected in terms of the arrangements in training, especially when it comes to outstation training.
