A Sales-centric CompanyThe good thingsThe interaction of the employees are very good, as it is a close-knit company, with company activities within the whole company + sister companies. The opportunity is great as well, as they do not practice too much of hierarchy, leaving much room for juniors and seniors alike to climb up the ladder.
The challengesIt is difficult for a trainer to make their way there, as the company could be more focused on sales, thus causing the trainers to be mainly occupied for training only, leaving not much time for self learning on new courses. Also, there has been many times where the trainer has been neglected in terms of the arrangements in training, especially when it comes to outstation training.
