    Good place to learn but shortage of people
    The good thingsEveryone will be having experience from pre- development to go live for each project. It is a good place to learn. It is a potential company with its own product/solution. There is no bonding with all staff as everyone is busy even there is several activities like movie outing.
    The challengesWorkload. None of developer is holding exclusively one project. Lack of documentation and source code organization

    The good thingsGood thing about company is very nice environment to work for new comers colleague at this company very help full.
    The challengesThere are few challenges during work, but the colleague at company will not let you suffer alone in anything, help out till resolve the problems work as team.

    The good thingsHands on and experienced yourself on how to implement and handle project from beginning to Live, its complete life cycle of the development process. Having a great bosses and understanding what you capable of. always can refer to your superior or colleague on what issue you encounter. Birthday celebration on monthly basis with pot luck concept.
    The challengesThe challenges working here if you are fresh graduate. you might have to struggle and complete your task within the timeline, if you can't complete the task please to have a valid and good reason to report at management team.
