    Nice company and staff to work with.
    The good thingsThe working environment is good. No politics issue. Staff can always discuss if got any concern.
    The challengesNo clear sop for certain things. Lack of considerability between management and staff. No expertise to refer for some issue.

    Good place to start a career in IT for fresh grad
    The good thingsInvolves in lot of project which add up to your experience. Force you to learn new things.
    The challengesI've seen a lot of complaints about the management in this company claiming that the management is bad. However, after a period of working here I would say that the management isn't as bad as it was claimed. Yes there are things that still need to be improved by the management but frankly speaking, the management here is quite okay. You can always come up and talk to the management if you have any arising issue and they'll find a way out to help you with the problem. All after all, you'll have a great experience working here as long as you abide with the rule of the company.
