    Good for growth, High rewards in gaining experiences
    The good thingslearn lots of things. expose to lots of stuff while involve heavily.
    The challengesrequires to be flexible and also to be cross-function. so the workload might be unmanageable..manpower resources is scarce for this position (hence the workload). Not diverse enough - in terms of local and foreigner staff. Initially will be super tough.
