    The challengesUnattainable KPI, no OT claim, irregular working time as different time zone, excessive workload, unreasonable work expectation from employee, no phone allowed at work station, terrible management, bad employee benefits, stressful.. DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY JUST TO SAVE YOURSELF, NO FUTURE!

    The good thingsWhat make me enjoy working here is the people itself, the community also active and always have an activities throughout the years. The CSR are very active as well. Other than that, the paid are well and there are add on commission whenever you perform on monthly basis. This are things that motivates me in continue working with this company. However, if there are better opportunity for me, sure i will jump to others.

The plan keep on changing annually in order to cope with current market as well as global market, in term of IT industries. To many competitors would affect the businesses. Therefore, structure changing keep happening rampant.

    I worked 3 years in INFOSYS
    The good thingsI enjoyed the WORKING ENVIORNMENT over there. I loved the corporate exposure inside the company. It is a very good company to start your career. I have learned corporate mannerism and working ethics from there.
