    everyday work till midnight to rush crazy deadline

    The challengesPoor management from the manager and there is no work life balance from this company. Often give same day deadline and expect you to done it or else don't leave the office. management often didnt give enough details of what they want and expect you knowing their mind. Staff turnover is high
