    Internship as a site engineer
    The good thingsFriendly working environment, responsible & helpful senior colleagues (Safety Supervisor, Site Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Manager). They are willing to teach if you are willing to learn and consult. Just try not to consult them when they are busy with their work. Learnt alot in construction site as a civil engineer trainee. Decent Allowance and working duration. Friendly staffs, top management.
    The challengesQuite stressful working in smaller site/ project in Mutiara Damansara as there are insufficient manpower in the site. As a result, workload is high.

    Good Company with Helpful Superior
    The good thingsSuperior take care and guide us very well. Bosses are low profile and friendly. General gatherings during all kind of festive day. Most Colleagues are all work in one roof and care about each other. Provide necessary training and courses to employee. Bonus depends on work performances which is generally fair to everyone.
    The challengesNot all superior is a leader here, some of them might frighten and make staffs left the company. Safety aspect is not to high standard, need to gain improvement. Overall site image need to improve as well.

    Involve piling works, substructure work, superstructure work, and infra works such as ramp, tunnel, upgrade existing road, sewerage, and drainage.
    The good thingsLess stress and and enjoy the works. Great working environment and comfortable. Have a more benefit required such as medical, bonus, mileage and company trips.
    The challengesTo add more food allowance for night working duty. To adjust the working hours. For example, Saturday is a alternate Saturday working. To follow Malaysia's public holiday.

    The good thingsNice working environment at the site. A lot of knowledge and new experiences obtained throughout internship program. Project and Construction Manager also involved in assisting and giving knowledge to me during the internship.

    A challenge of seniority and an experienced
    The good thingsSuch a good environment to work with an experience personnel will be a great opportunity for those who wants it. From the top management till downs there all was treat like a family. When it comes to festive seasson such as Hari Raya & Chinese New Year it was felt like heaven for those who celebrate it (bonus time). Overall, if you really aim for workaholic & experience, this place was awesome.
    The challengesIts a rule of thumb, when the company feels like family to you, please be prepare as the seniority will be the dominant. It doesnt care how experienced you out there only some can appreciate it. From the view of the paymaster a little bit need to be improved as everybody in your building have their own commitment, 4th or 5th day of the month for salary. Are you kidding me.
