    The good thingsFor me as fresh graduate get into this entry level job, it is good to take and collect all the experience and challenge here, pretty big company, so many staff, quite good working environment with good manager, always guide and teach me. Good and friendly colleagues also.
    The challengesSometime i feel lost because until now still wfh. Quite culture shocks and lose track for my first job. But its ok, i understand with the situation now, i take this as a challenge to grow up and improve myself. :)

    The good thingsIt was my 1st week and so far in terms on the arrangement for my job role was appropriate and positive whereby the superior brief me a few rounds on the company's background, vendor portfolio details and my job role expectation and where to focus, besides that, training will be given to me for my job role requirement, hence it was a good arrangement for new employee for my team here, instead of just throwing all sort of information and let you digest your ownself which is not good especially for new staff

Senior colleagues are friendly and willing to guide intern through the entire work processes which involves technical skills including network engineering and cybersecurity related tasks. 2. The entire department's scope is flexible, depending on the tasks, they are willing to help each other to achieve a common goal, no matter the differences. 3. Manager and seniors are willing to listen to intern's input in regards to everything, from work related tasks to intern's experience in the company, and will do their best to help resolve any issues faced.
    The challenges1. Since I was the only intern, during the first few weeks, they didn't know what to do with me, but after discussing with the seniors and the manager, they were willing to show me the ropes on the industry. 2. Due to the department's job scope, seniors are almost always out of the office to meet clients etc, thus, unproductive days are frequently experienced during the first few weeks. However, after discussing with the management, rate of productivity increased.

    The good thingsThere is opportunity for career development from executive up to team lead/DM. 13th month salary and quite systematic on claim/leave application. Relationship between colleagues is well too.
    The challengesRole responsible is quite high and stressful. Too many paper work on marketing or claim process.

    The good thingsdevelop and train for your career path. learn the ISO standard and compliance, how a company work flow process. learn how to social with people. learn presentation skill, product knowledge, teamwork, training . company benefit such as medical and dental. have great fun with activity such as team building, sport gaming,movie day organize by SWC.
    The challengesneed to balance work and life.work as team is important. every company have it own politic. try to adapt the environment. you may still need work after office hour even weekend. even on leave / MC to complete your job. unless you have backup.
