    Everyone is helpfull and friendly
    The good thingsLove working with my colleague. They are supportive, helpful and friendly. They talk and discuss about any difficulties that you face and find solution ASAP. They do not raise voice or get angry even mistake is commited.
    The challengesi work as customer service for Fitbit warranty. However there is alot of problem with this product that return is high. There is no solution for this problem
