    Very bad top management
    The good thingsdiversify skill and knowledge
    The challengesTop management especillay HR and Finance keep pushing staff and looks like to push until staff resign, do not appreciate staff, always find way to cut salary, not emphasizing employee welfare and safety, creating staff demoralization, not firm in making decision, always change policy and decisions at will without concerning staff need.

    The good thingsFriendly colleague, work-life balance (satisfactory). If you are a fresh graduate you can learn a lot if you are in the correct department.
    The challengesPoor top management did not appreciate staff, salary: low, almost everyone gets pay cut, always get late payments since 2019 even before the pandemic!

    The challengesto many company to handle. management need to hear more of what staff said and complaint especially account staff, your staff will no say something that unnecessary thing if it did not happen to them. their must be a reason why all your old staff keep resigned, please for once listen to your staff properly to improve.
