Good people and good culture but bad in benefitsThe good thingsGood colleagues and all supervisors. They are all friendly and helpful. They are willing to teach you if you want to learn something. The company is flexible in terms of dress code where we all can wear casual, also we will have game session and tea break while we all need a break. There will be Badminton session sponsored by company every Monday to encourage staffs to have a healthy lifestyle. There are a lot of fun activities too such as party and team building. Last but not least, company do provide annual company trip to staffs.
The challengesAlthough I'm enjoy working in this company, still the salary and benefits are not that good. Benefits like dental, vision, parking allowance, gym are not available. Salary is average but for me consider low. It's hard to survive in KL. Also, there is scare development and training programs for staffs to have further career development. This is somehow quite important for people who seek for career grows.
