    Good Exposure in Managing an Organisation
    The good thingsFriendly and caring working environment. Challenging business which allows opportunities for employees to excel further. Good platform for fresh graduates and line managers in enhancing their skills. Fair company benefit package with average salary scheme. Medium size organisation with 100 manpowers that allows lots of opportunities to strenghten your skills.
    The challengesGLC organisations that requires too many approvals/protocols and strong supports from several ministries which is time consuming in the execution process of organisation business strategy that can results to employee frustration.

    The good thingsDynamic working environment among colleagues especially technical persons. It's a good place for beginners or fresh graduate for hands on experience.
    The challengesLow salary (technical staff) and there is no holistic approach to solve problems. Both Management team and HR are slow to tackle any arising issue. There is little career advancement.

    Great learning experience
    The good thingsA place to learn more stuff on biopharmaceutical industry, research and development on biologics, biosimilar. As the insdurty is relatively new in Malaysia, most staff are talented and we are learning new things everyday. Great place to gain knowledge on biopharmaceutical production and troubleshooting techniques on every problems faced.
    The challengesThe main problem is bureaucracy. As the company is government linked company, most of upper level management are selected by government to lead the company. Expecially on business matters.
