    Surprisingly a good place to gain experience
    The good thingsHad the opportunity to assist in big projects, everyone was nice and kind there, the management team there is the most helpful if you have anything troubling you.
    The challengesi was VERY lucky i did my internship there with another intern student during the big project, We fought together and survived there as brothers

    Not for the faint hearted!
    The good thingsGreat opportunity to learn many sales and technical skills but one has to be self independent and work in an ultra fast pace. Great place to train one's EQ. Good place to start for fresh graduates that are looking for a challenging work environment. great place to learn to be resourceful and thick face.
    The challengesMicromanagement is a problem. carrier development is poor as starting salary is usually very low. sudden/short notice meetings on a weekend and oversea travel during weekend/public holidays. poor medical & insurance coverage. employer unappreciative of employee effort. very demanding on product and technical knowledge with minimal resource provided. risk mental and physical health degeneration overtime. every action needs to be justified by money
