    The good thingsTop Management was very supportive and gave me the opportunity to lead departments. They believed in my decision making and always held my back and guided me well when there were room for improvement. My subordinates were very helpful by cooperating in all operations within the company to achieve maximum output.
    The challengesThere are room for improvement. As the company is growing, more manpower should be needed and more managerial position should be created in order to have more structured organization.
