    The good thingsSeniors and management are more than happy to provide guidance and support. Workflows are systematic and constantly reviewed and improved. Employees are given opportunities to be involved in tasks outside their realm of expertise. Free parking.
    The challengesSurrounding of office location is not ideal. Most employees have to be able to fulfill multiple roles.

    The good thingsthe systematic working environment that helps junior designer to learn fast in order to catch-up with the rest of the staff.they also have a few vacation at the end of the year for designer to enjoy the day with all the other staff.
    The challengesi could become a better designer by working here and gaining experiences making me a better designer in order to survive in this industry.they have a lot of Chinese worker but they are all nice and we can also had lunch together sometimes.

    The good thingssome of colleagues was friendly, office culture is quite systematic, but good to staff as they only need to focus and concern their own task, senior will guide/help the new staff/junior when needed
    The challengesto complete the task/work in time with low supervise
