    The good thingsCompany put the Worker safety and Customer Spec at the first priority Always motivate the worker for the better future ISO base company and enforcement is strong for fulfill the ISO not only for process control, but include the customer audit for better process control. Provide the career develop for the worker Promote internal worker instead than get new person as worker as values assets.
    The challengesCustomer specification more to the technical side as the worker must be knowledgeable for the engineering specification. Customer audit always more strict than the ISO / TS audit as the customer control point near to six sigma. Due of the customer is oversea (western), the phone conversation may happen at the night (11pm) for discussion and commitment, therefore need to standby at the night.
